• Roads: The state has a limited network of paved roads, with many rural areas relying on unpaved roads that are often impassable and unmotorable.
• Railways: Niger State has no operational railway lines.
• Bridges: There are relatively few number of bridges and no flyovers , making transportation within the state less flexible.
